Distribution Sprint

A two-week engagement for founders who have product-market fit and need to figure out where their next 1,000 customers come from.

6 deliverables + a plan you can execute without me.

How it works

Week 1 — Discovery & Instrumentation

We start with a hands-on Jobs-to-be-Done workshop. Not theory - we pull from your support tickets, sales calls, and cancellation data to map the actual jobs your customers hire you for. This frames everything else.

From there, I dig into your analytics, audit your funnel, map your competitive landscape, research where your ICP spends time, and run an LLM discovery audit - testing how AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity respond when your potential customers ask for recommendations in your category.

If your tracking is broken or missing (it usually is), I fix it during Week 1 so we have real data to work with.

Week 2 — Strategy & Delivery

This is where research turns into action. I build the distribution architecture, rewrite your key copy based on what we learned, ship quick wins (tracking fixes, landing page changes, a first distribution experiment), and deliver the full playbook.

We close with a focused debrief where I walk through everything and hand off the deliverables.

The timeline is flexible — if you need to spread the sprint over 3–4 weeks to allow for data collection or scheduling, that works too.

What you get

Six standalone documents you can hand to your team, your board, or your first marketing hire:

  1. 1

    Distribution Audit

Where customers come from today, what's working, what's leaking. Benchmarked against companies at your stage. Includes tracking gaps identified and fixed.

  2. 2

    JTBD + Competitive Landscape

The jobs your customers hire you for, who else gets hired for those jobs, and where the positioning gaps are.

  3. 3

    ICP-Channel Map

Where your customers spend time, discover tools, and make buying decisions. Ranked by reach, relevance, cost, and founder-fit.

  4. 4

    Distribution Architecture

Your primary channel, secondary experiments, growth loop design, and LLM discovery strategy.

  5. 5

    90-Day Playbook

Month-by-month. What to do, who does it, what to measure, what “good” looks like, and when to change course.

  6. 6

    Messaging-Channel Fit

Positioning and copy tailored to each channel. Templates you can use immediately.

Plus quick wins shipped during the sprint: fixed tracking, rewritten copy, at least one live distribution experiment.

Plus a follow-on call to review progress. We review what's working, what the data says, and adjust the plan.

Who this is for

Who this isn't for

How it's different

Most agencies want a retainer. They'll run your channels for you, send monthly reports, and bill you every month until you cancel.

This is the opposite. One sprint, one price, done. The whole point is to make you independent. You get a strategy and a playbook designed so you or your first hire can execute it without me.

Some clients come back for another sprint. That's fine. But the default outcome is self-sufficiency, not dependency.

The LLM discovery audit

I test how ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini respond when someone asks a question your ideal customer would ask. Does your product come up? What gets recommended instead? What language do the models use to describe your category?

This matters because an increasing share of your potential customers are discovering products through AI assistants, not just Google. If you're invisible to LLMs, you're missing a growing channel. The audit identifies what needs to change, and the playbook includes specific actions to fix it.

Background

I'm Head of Product at Prisma, a developer tools company used by hundreds of thousands of developers. I've spent years working on activation, retention, and product-led growth in technical products.

I've also been deep in the AI tooling space — building with and on top of LLMs — which is why the sprint includes things like the LLM discovery audit that traditional consultants wouldn't think to do.

Pricing

AUD $15,000 flat. Everything above, plus the 30-day check-in.

No retainer. No hourly billing.
